- Reimbursement of $10 per consumed room night - based on 40 room minimum booking in Concord. (Reimbursement checks will be paid upon completion of each event.)
- A booking incentive of 1 complimentary room per 40 cumulative rooms consumed.

To be eligible, groups must:
- Book your next meeting or event from July 1, 2023 - June 30th, 2024
- Contract a minimum of 40 guest rooms (300 maximum)
- Be valid on new business only, not applicable for tentative or previously contracted business

The planner must contact a Visit Concord Sales manager to process the lead. Valid on new business only, not applicable for tentative or previously contracted business, cannot be combined with any other offer, advanced reservations are required, maximum payout $3,000. Weddings or other Social events do not qualify for promotion. Reimbursement checks will be paid upon completion of each event during the contract year. Payout on actualized room nights within 60 days. No refund or credit for unused services. Void where prohibited. This group promotion may end at any time.
