Concord Community Foundation
The Concord Community Foundation, a division of the Todos Santos Business Association Arts Foundation, was exclusively organized on April 1, 2020 as a 501(c)(3) for the charitable purposes of providing community relief during the COVID19 pandemic.
Help Our Neighbors
Many community members have reached out to share what they have in order to help their neighbors.
YOUR DONATION AT WORK
100% of all donations will provide relief:
- To provide hotel sheltering (room and board expenses) to Concord’s most vulnerable citizens currently on the street, including the elderly, those with significant and life-threatening health issue, and families with children;
- To provide meals daily to Concord’s most vulnerable citizens, including the elderly, the disabled, those with significant and life-threatening health issue and families with children;
- To provide expanded programs through Neighborexpress.org in partnership with Meals on Wheels Diablo Region, such as daily meals to home bound seniors;
