The Galindo Home Museum & Gardens: Here Comes the Bride!
The Galindo Home Museum & Gardens has a new display: Here Comes the Bride!
From lace to silk, bridal gowns, left to the Concord Historical Society, are on display throughout the home. Among the gowns is the linen gown worn by Marina Amador Galindo upon her marriage to Juan Crisostomo Galindo in 1873 here in Concord.
The new display opens today, Sunday, June 5th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM and continues through August on the first and third Sundays of each month. Bring family and friends to this special display.
The entrance fee ($5.00 per person) helps to maintain this historical home. Parking is behind the Galindo home on Marina Court.
*Due to the Fourth of July weekend, the Galindo Home will be closed on July 3rd.
