Free Thanksgiving Day Community Meal
Giving Thanks at Thanksgiving (GTAT) will be providing a free meal on November 27th from 11:00am to 1:30pm, at First Lutheran Church, 4000 Concord Blvd, Concord, CA.
This annual family-friendly event will feature a full traditional meal with fresh fruit and warm gifts for attendees to take home.
If you would like to get involved, donations and volunteers are welcome.
Your support is greatly appreciated! This event is sponsored by local churches, and all donations to GTAT/First Lutheran Church (EIN 237097253), a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax-deductible.
For 19 years, GTAT, a volunteer committee and ministry of First Lutheran Church, has served up to 300 free meals per year on Thanksgiving Day. They provide this community support to bring a free traditional Thanksgiving Day meal to a warm, welcoming, and safe location; encourage community togetherness; and reduce food insufficiency.
