Basic Fruit Smoothie

Enjoy a refreshing, non-dairy smoothie made simply with fruit, fruit juice and ice. Try any combination of berries, bananas, mangos, papaya, peaches, nectarines - you name it.  Experiment with different juices, too, for new flavor blends.


1 basket strawberries, hulled 
1 banana, pieced into chunks
2 peaches, peeled & pitted
1 cup orange-peach-mango juice (or juice of choice)
2 cups ice


In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches. Blend until fruit is pureed. Blend in the juice. Add ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 4.
